Each dancer attending our event in-person will be evaluated and receive a comprehensive "TRIBE 99 Combine Score". In an effort to provide maximum feedback and to ensure we are supporting an atmosphere for growth, dancers will also receive score breakdowns for each category they are being evaluated in.

Our intent is to work towards standardizing the collegiate dance recruitment process by aligning our methods more closely with that of other collegiate sports. Since the inaugural year of THE DANCE COMBINE, dancers have been evaluated. Previously, these evaluations were private to each dancer and only individual scores in each category were received without a comprehensive total score.

The total score and the associated recruit tiers are designed to help dancers gain awareness of how they stack up within their recruiting class and above all, gain a better understanding of which college programs will be the BEST FIT for them!

Receiving a TRIBE 99 COMBINE Score, will significantly help build awareness among prospective dancers to create a better understanding of where they stand in their recruiting class. By doing so, we are confident dancers will have a better chance of finding schools that are the right fit for them, which will lead to greater success in the future.

Recruitment is not an exact science and it will never be a perfect system. We recognize that within dance, as well as in other sports, there is a level of unavoidable subjectivity when it
comes to recruiting. Our evaluation model doesn’t take into account all of the attributes that make up a quality dance team recruit (grades, sportsmanship, character, work ethic, community involvement etc.). However, we are confident that by providing more quantitative
feedback, dancers will we be able to strategically target programs that match what
they are looking for in their desired college dance team experience.

We have compiled a team of Recruit Evaluators who have expertise in the area of collegiate dance. This committee will be evaluating the dancers and providing the TRIBE 99 COMBINE Score.

We take your recruitment very seriously and want to provide you with ALL the tools possible to be successful!

Scores will not be posted publicly. At this time, only attending dancers and college coaches will have access to ALL TRIBE 99 COMBINE Scores. Only the dancers number, graduation year and scores will be shared with participants.
